Frequently Asked Questions

 

In eBranch for desktop, go the the eStatements tab. In the eBranch Mobile App, go to "More" and scroll to the "My Account" section. There you will find the eStatements tab.

In eBranch, click on the ‘My Settings’ or in Mobile select ‘Settings’ in the More tab. Under ‘Login & Security’ select the credential you would like to update.

If you forgot your password, click here.

Password must be a minimum of eight (8) characters that include a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters. 

View or pay your Mortgage, HELOC, Auto, Business, Credit Card or any Global loan anytime through the options provided on our globalcu.org/paymyloan page.

To expedite the process please make sure that we have a current address on file for you.
Titles are released within 10 days of the payoff date. 

  • Washington Titles: you will typically receive the title within 4-8 weeks of payoff
  • Idaho Titles: you will typically receive the title within 3 weeks of payoff
  • Overseas: you will typically receive the title within 3-6 weeks of payoff
  • All other states: you will typically receive the title within 3-8 weeks of payoff

*Each state has different timeframes. Processing time can vary from state to state. If Global holds a physical title you may receive it sooner. Most titles are held electronically and will be received within the timeframes listed above.

Yes! Use remote deposit capture, also known as mobile deposit. Download our App and just snap a picture of the front and back of the check. Be sure to endorse your check correctly.

If you have CardNav, log into the app and turn the card off. This will block any charges made to the card by physical use or online use. Then contact a Global representative to receive a new card.
