In eBranch for desktop, go the the eStatements tab. In the eBranch Mobile App, go to "More" and scroll to the "My Account" section. There you will find the eStatements tab.
In eBranch, click on the ‘My Settings’ or in Mobile select ‘Settings’ in the More tab. Under ‘Login & Security’ select the credential you would like to update.
Password must be a minimum of eight (8) characters that include a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.
To expedite the process please make sure that we have a current address on file for you.
Titles are released within 10 days of the payoff date.
*Each state has different timeframes. Processing time can vary from state to state. If Global holds a physical title you may receive it sooner. Most titles are held electronically and will be received within the timeframes listed above.
